So its Sunday night so why not blog about my exercises for the week. As in weeks past, I am joining the Weekly Wrap Link up. This link up is hosted by two awesome women Holly from HoHoRuns and Tricia from MissSippiPiddlin.
|Monday:||Sick (stomach flu)|
|Tuesday:||rest , work 9-5|
|Wednesday:||work, 3 mile run|
|Thursday:||tennis, 4 mile run|
|Friday:||3.5 miles run, total body workout|
|Sunday:||4 miles, 30 min elliptical|
Monday -I was sick with stomach flu. It wasn’t pretty.
Tuesday -Saw patients in my office. And still suffering with that dread stomach virus.
Wednesday- Finally started to feel more like myself. Yeah :). I ran on the treadmill for 3 miles, wasn’t my best time. But at least I was moving
Thursday- I had my first tennis lesson. OMG my arms felt sore after the lesson. It really was fun. I love tennis and its a sport that anyone can do, all you really need is a racquet.
Friday- I did a totally body work out at a gym close to my house. After the session I went for a 3.5 mile run. To end the week off, I got my hair highlighted. I have been wanting to do an ombre for so long and I finally pulled the trigger. It only took five hours, in the salon, to do. But It was so worth it
Saturday- I saw patients in the morning and then went for a 3.10 mile run. It was so warm in New Jersey, that I ran in short sleeves.
Sunday- Started with an awesome breakfast and then went for a 4 mile run.
Also started using my apple watch which I am obsessed over. Does anyone else’s have one? And if so what do you use it for?
